busy spring!

my pal continues his love affair with dirt..
and is awful partial to his slide too!

mom had her graduation ceremony from residency (finally!!)

the first fawn was born in our neighborhood

my friend has been working on his moves..

and we have been working on his discipline. let's call it a work in progress. here he is acting like we are pulling his toenails out when all we are doing is trying to have him clean up!! i guess spring cleaning will have to wait til next year.

happy mama's day

we had a great mother's day weekend. daddy was gone hunting friday and saturday, so cope and i had some great mommy and cope time. he "helped" me water the trees, ran around the yard, and let me snuggle him while he watched some thomas.

sunday daddy made my best pal a sandbox, which was actually my mother's day present. as you may remember from previous posts, my little best friend has a strong draw to dirt (mostly my off-limits dirt). so now he is out of my tomatoes!

and then my pal did a little dance for us to top of my perfect weekend!
