so last year on father's day, we found out that i was pregnant.. so i guess technically last year was steve's first father's day, but he was only the father to a teeny tiny baby who had just started growing in my tummy, and this year he is father to a kicking, smiling, screaming, pummeling sweet sweet little man, so we will count this as his first. we had a great day.
we got up and went to the park downtown where daddy ran and mommy and cope walked. mom and cope saw lots of creatures. then we had tacos at el charrito for breakfast (the best breakfast tacos in the universe).. if you don't know what a breakfast taco is, i feel really really sorry for you and you should come and visit us soon so we can school you. then we all took a little cat nap together in our bed and swam in the pool. it was a great day and we enjoyed each other's company a whole bunch. my son has the best dad in the world and i beam every time i see them together. mr. cope is so lucky! and so am i.

Nana and Papa are glad you guys had a great first Father's Day! You were looking so sweet when you
were waking up. Your little cat naps remind me of your dad's when he was about your age! We love and miss you so much!! Can't wait to get our hands on you again, Little Buddy!!
