then we had a get together with some of his best pals and their parents. we had build-your-own pizza, which dad grilled until he ran out of gas. good thing he told me repeatedly that he had checked it and we had "more than plenty".. but never fear, we baked the rest in the oven..
we had some thomas cake, 
the little ones watched some thomas movies and then it was thomas present time (aka chaos)

What an exciting birthday party you had! So many "Thomas" things to choose from...even a Thomas cake! Looks like you and all your little pals had a great time. Wish Nana & Papa could have been there!
