so in texas, its the thing to do to have pictures of your kids in the bluebonnets.. last year there 
was no rain so there weren't many bluebonnets. the year before, cope was just a little blob of of baby who couldn't really pose for pics.. so this year, after we missed the city wide easter egg hunt because we showed up at 9:15 (thanks daddy) to the 9 AM hunt, we stopped to take some pics. 
of course my pal didn't want to cooperate. at first he would have nothing to do with the bluebonnets.. then we started counting them and he started to participate some..
then we found a bigger patch with really tall bluebonnets and my buddy chased dad through them as i snapped pics... of course he wouldn't sit down and pose for me, but every time he fell down i'd run after him and snap pics. he had sooooo much fun. way better than the silly softball field easter egg hunt.. you are off the hook daddy.

That looks like so much fun.. I can't believe you didn't have Thomas in your hand!! Glad you all had great weather!! We did too!
We really thought about you Saturday when we took the girls to our church Easter egg hunt. So many little fellows your age...pony rides and lots of other fun stuff!!! Hopefully, you can make it next year when Mommy gets more time off!!
